Recently, we received much feedback says the heating problem on these products. usually most wireless chargers will heat during charging, but it is safe if the temperature does not exceed 40%. and for this, we advise our customers to use this product in following condition.first use a 5 v / 2a ac adapter;second, use this product in a low temperature envoirnment under 40, is necessary.third, put your phone on this device, if your phone is a finger ring or a car holder plate. this is the heat problem, even damage the charger.last, move your phone in a right position to load. horizontal position and state's best position for charging.don't use your phone down position for too long, it will not cause heat cooling down the hole was covered.if you have a problem with our products, please contact us before open a complaint, we will fix it for you with our professional. thank you for your kind understanding!
