PCB Design Should Have a Reasonable Direction

Such as input/output, AC/DC, strong/weak signal, high frequency/low frequency, high/low voltage, etc. Their orientations should be linear (or separate) and not merge into each other. Its purpose is to prevent mutual interference.

Choose a Good Contact Position in PCB Design

Often something in common is required, eg: multiple ground lines of the forward amplifier should be pooled and then connected to the mains, etc. In practice, it is difficult to do exactly this due to various constraints, but this principle should be followed whenever possible.

The PCB Design Should Arrange the Capacitors Correctly

Usually only a few mains filters/decoupling capacitors are drawn without indicating where they should be placed. In reality, these capacitors are for switching devices or other components that require filtering/decoupling and should be placed as close as possible to these components.

PCB Design Wire Diameter Requires Proper Buried Via Size

Including high-voltage and high-frequency lines should be slippery, no sharp corners should be chamfered, and elbows should not be used at right angles. The ground should be as wide as possible, and it is best to use a large area of copper.

The size of the pad or upper hole is too small, or the pad size does not match the drill size correctly, the former is not suitable for manual drilling, while the latter is not suitable for CNC drilling, etc.
